Search Lane County Traffic Citations
For Lane County Circuit Court traffic matters, start with OJD Online Records Search and the OJD Courts ePay payment page. OJD ePay states that many traffic citations, plus many criminal and civil cases, can be paid online by citation number or case number. The free OJD records portal can show limited public case information, but it does not provide downloadable documents and is not the official court register for all purposes.
Use the citation itself as the routing document. If the bottom of the ticket names Lane County Circuit Court, OJD search and OJD ePay are the main online channels. If it names Lane Justice Court, Eugene Municipal Court, Springfield Municipal Court, Florence Municipal Court, or Cottage Grove Municipal Court, use that court's own payment or record process. Lane County Traffic Courts
Traffic records in Lane County are split by jurisdiction. Lane County Circuit Court is the state trial court and may hold circuit-filed citations. What Lane County Traffic Records Show

Pay or Contest Traffic Tickets
Payment and contest rules come from the issuing court. Lane Justice Court accepts fine payments by phone, online through Paydici, by mail with check or money order, in person with cash, check, money order, debit card, or credit card, and through bank setup. Justice Court phone payments use 541-997-2535 Monday through Thursday during business hours, but Wednesday morning calls go to voicemail because court is in session. The court is closed Friday.
Eugene Municipal Court accepts cash, checks, Visa, Discover, and MasterCard, with phone payments through IVR at 877-817-9868. Eugene also has online payment, mail, and drop box options. Springfield publishes traffic violation instructions and court payments through its municipal court pages. Florence offers an online fine-payment page. For any court, paying may be treated as a decision on the citation, so a driver who wants to contest should follow the court's plea or trial instructions before paying.

Traffic Court vs Driver Record
The court traffic record and the Oregon driver record are different files. The court record is made by the court that adjudicates the citation. It explains what was charged, what happened in court, and what the court ordered. The driver record is maintained by Oregon DMV and tracks license status and driving-history consequences. A court may show a dismissed ticket that has no driver-record consequence, while DMV may show a license action that is not a court document.

CDL and DUII Caveats
Commercial drivers should treat Lane County traffic court records and DMV records as separate but connected. A court payment or disposition can affect license status, and a CDL holder may face state or federal reporting consequences outside the court docket.
